You can spend more time on working through examples and focus in on different aspects of the syllabus.


Sage 50 Excel: Part 2 - Creating Pivot Reports linked to Sage Data 

This course is only suitable for delegates who have knowledge of Sage Excel ODBC, and for those who have attended Sage 50 Excel: Part 1 course.


With your data as a table in Excel this course concentrates on how to build Pivot Reports from the data. 

Including very practical examples the course will demonstrate:

     -  Setting up pivot reports

     -  Selecting Field and Criteria Options

     -  Grouping fields with and without subtotals

     -  How to build Nominal Ledger and Profit and Loss drill down reports with filters to
        select departments and or date ranges that span more than 12 months.

     -  Debtor and creditor reports that are able to include due dates as well as original
        transaction dates

     -  Sales analysis reports that help you identify who bought what and when with
        information from Sage Invoices and Stock modules.



This course costs from £250 and you will receive your own PC, training manual and refreshments.  (All prices exclude VAT)

All delegates will receive a memory stick to take away examples and workings which can be loaded to your own systems)
